At Colored Pencil Press Artist Studio, we provide digital downloadable products designed for personal use and learning.

Digital Product Policy

All products sold on this store are digital downloads.
Once a purchase is completed and the files have been delivered, all sales are final.

Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following:

  • File does not download correctly

  • File is corrupted or incomplete

  • You did not receive your download

Please contact us, and we will ensure you receive the correct files.

Accidental Purchases

If you believe you have made a purchase in error, please contact us immediately. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
